ヴィーガン食に関するご案内
当ホテルではヴィーガン食をご提供するにあたり、下記のように対応をいたしております。
完全なヴィーガン対応を保証するものではありませんので、ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
- 1. 当ホテルは第三者機関によるヴィーガン認証を取得しておりません。
- 2. 当ホテルの調理場はヴィーガン専用厨房では無いため一般の調理も行います。
- 3. まな板や包丁・ボール・トング・加熱調理器具（鍋・フライパン）などは一般の料理と同じ用具を
綺麗に洗浄してから使用しています。 - 4. 使用する食材・出汁・調味料・揚げ油については、内容成分を確認し、原材料（二次原材料を含む）もしくは添加物に動物性や魚介類成分が含まれないものを使用しています。
油に関しては植物油を使用しております。 - 5. 食器は一般メニューと同じものを綺麗に洗浄してから使用します。

ご予約は食材の仕入れの都合上、3日前までとさせていただいております。

Vegan Meal Information
We offer Vegan meals under the following conditions.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a fully Vegan-compliant environment. Thank you for your understanding.
- 1) We do not hold Vegan certification from any third-party organization.
- 2) We do not have a dedicated Vegan kitchen. General meal preparation also takes place in the same kitchen.
- 3) Cookware (cutting boards, knives, bowls, tongs, pots, pans, etc.) is shared with general meal preparation and is thoroughly washed and cleaned before use.
- 4) We verify that ingredients, soup stocks (dashi), seasonings, and frying oil do not contain any animal or seafood products (including secondary ingredients or additives). We use vegetable oil.
- 5) We use the same tableware as regular meals. It is thoroughly washed before serving Vegan meals.
Reservations
To allow for time to source ingredients, special meal requests must be made at least three days in advance.
Please book as early as possible.
